How can I submit requests or comments about my order?
There is a comments field in the checkout process. You can leave requests or comments about your order there or through email or phone.

Order

How do I order from the Freedom Skateshop online store?
You can order from our online store by adding items to your cart and checking out. You will be prompted to enter your shipping and billing information and select a payment and shipping method. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
I did not receive an order confirmation, what should I do?
After placing an order, an order confirmation is automatically sent via email. Please make sure that you entered the correct email address during the ordering process and check the spam folder in your email account. If you do not find it there or in your inbox, please contact us. Additionally, add our email address info@freedomskateshop.at to your contacts to avoid our messages landing in your spam folder.

Shipping

What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship with the Austrian Post (Standard Shipping) as well as DHL Express and FedEx (Express Shipping). We also offer pickup in our store in Vienna. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to select a shipping method. More detailed information about our shipping methods can be found here: Shipping
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If your country is not listed, please contact us.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the chosen shipping method and destination. Current information can be found here: Shipping
Can I pick up my order at your store?
Yes, you can choose to pick up your order at the store during checkout. You will receive notification when your order is ready for pickup. The address and hours of operation of the store can be found in the footer of our website.
How long until my order is shipped?
Paid orders are usually shipped on the same or next business day.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number that you can use to track your parcel on the shipping company's website.
I did not receive a shipping confirmation / tracking number, what should I do?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number. If you cannot find the message in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam folder. Add our email address info@freedomskateshop.at to your contacts to avoid our messages landing in your spam folder.
My shipment was returned to you, what should I do?
If your shipment has been returned to us, please contact us. Once the package has arrived at our warehouse, we will arrange for re-delivery or a refund.
What should I do if my package arrived damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Payment

What payment methods do you offer?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, EPS and bank transfer. If you choose to pick up your order at our store in Vienna, you can also pay in cash or with card directly at the store.
How long do I have to pay for my pre-payment order?
We ask that you complete payment for your pre-payment order within 5 business days. If you need more time, please contact us.
Where do I transfer the amount for my pre-payment order?

We will provide you with our bank details after you have placed your pre-payment order. They are also visible in the footer of every email we send you. However, to be on the safe side, we are happy to list them here again:

Return & Exchange

What are your return conditions?
We accept returns within 100 days of purchase, as long as the product is in new and unused condition. Skateboard decks that have already been gripped are excluded from the right of return.

Can I exchange an item I ordered?
Yes. We accept exchanges within 100 days of purchase, as long as the product is in new and unused condition. Skateboard decks that have already been gripped are not eligible for exchange.
Can I return my order at your store?
Yes, you can also return your order at our store.
How much is the return shipping, can I get a return label?
We always try to offer you the best products at the best prices. Due to this fact and the fact that we are a very small (skater owned & operated) store, it is unfortunately not possible for us to offer you a general free return shipping. We ask for your understanding! Nevertheless, we also understand that sometimes something does not fit and therefore must be exchanged or returned. For this reason, we are happy to offer (for the time being) our customers from Germany and Austria, a low-cost return option.

As soon as your return or exchange is registered, you can create a return label through our website and drop off the package at a post office of your choice. Once we receive the shipment, you will be refunded the purchase amount of the returned products, minus a flat rate return fee of 4.99 EUR, to the payment method you used at the time of purchase.

If you wish to exchange a product for another product in stock, we will cover the cost of the first return label as well as the cost of shipping the replacement item (for items with a value of 40 EUR or more).

Of course, you also have the option to send the package yourself to our address (Freedom Skateshop, Zieglergasse 28, 1070 Vienna, Austria) or return or exchange it free of charge in our store.

For orders with delivery addresses outside the two countries mentioned above, it is currently not possible for us to offer return labels. Please register your return or exchange via our contact form. Our regular return policy applies.

Products & Availability

Do you have all the products shown in stock?
Yes (99.9% of the time)! We do our best to always update our website with the latest stock, but there may be (extremely rare) occasions when a product is not available. In this case we will contact you and offer you a replacement product or a refund.
Why is my preferred size crossed out or not displayed?
If a size is crossed out or not displayed, it is currently unavailable.
The product I'm looking for is out of stock! Will it be available again?
Some products may come back in stock, but we cannot guarantee availability. The best way is to send us a short message through the contact form, we will be happy to check.

Gift Vouchers

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we sell gift vouchers that can be used for purchases in our online shop and vouchers that can be used for purchases in our retail store in Vienna. You can find gift vouchers here: Gift Vouchers
How can I redeem a voucher code?
You can enter a coupon code during the order procedure by entering the code in the provided field during the checkout process. You can redeem the voucher for the retail store in our Vienna shop at the cashier.
How long will it take to receive my voucher?
Vouchers for the Freedom Online Shop are typically sent via email within 24 hours of purchase (Monday to Saturday). Vouchers for the physical store are sent via post and the usual delivery times apply.
I bought a voucher for the online shop and haven't received it yet. What should I do?
Vouchers for the Freedom Online Shop are typically sent via email within 24 hours of purchase (Monday to Saturday). If you haven't received your voucher in this time frame, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
I lost my voucher for the online shop, what should I do?
If you've lost your voucher for the Freedom Online Shop, you can request it again through the order confirmation email you received. You are also welcome to contact us, we can initiate a resubmission of the voucher through our system.

Griptape & Deck Assembly

Can you put the griptape on my new deck for free?
Yes, of course we can grip your deck professionally and free of charge. Just leave a short note in the comment field during the checkout process.
I ordered parts for a complete skateboard, can you assemble it for me?
Yes, of course we can assemble your new deck - professionally and free of charge. Simply add a short note in the comment field during the checkout process.

How can I get stickers?
